Managing information technology is no easy task. You have to comply with software licenses for multiple users, maximize legal use of software, and oversee huge asset inventories. That's why the anti-piracy department of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) formerly known as the Software Publishers Association (SPA) developed the Certified Software Manager (CSM) Seminar.
The SIIA Certified Software Manager gives you the skills and credentials you need to diagnose, resolve and manage today's complicated software licensing issues. And, this course prepares you to take and pass the exam that earns you the widely-recognized Certified Software Manager professional designation. To view a syllabus of the CSM, please go to CSM Syllabus.
The Advanced Software Manager (ASM) Seminar was conceived in conjunction
with SIIA to build upon the Certified Software Manager (CSM) seminar.
The ASM Seminar delves into the logistics and methods of asset management plan enforcement,
vendor management and auditing procedures (among other topics). Please check out the ASM syllabus.
If you would like to obtain specifics on current course dates or would like to register for a course, please contact LicenseLogic directly at (202) 789-4445 or at seminars@licenselogic.com. The current course fee is $495 and the exam is $100.
