In the rare case of upcoming seminar/exam dates, LicenseLogic LLC reserves the right to cancel any seminar/exam date prior to the stated date for a full refund to any registered participants. LicenseLogic will do its best to notify all registrants at least 14 days prior to the seminar/exam date if a cancellation was to occur.

What Information Does LicenseLogic LLC Collect?

• Most data LicenseLogic LLC collects are not personal but business related to help LicenseLogic LLC better serve its customers.

• From LicenseLogic LLC Registrants and Other Customers. To gain access to certain areas of LicenseLogic LLC's Web site, users are asked to provide some limited information. These data are submitted voluntarily. LicenseLogic LLC asks users to provide their name, job title, company, business address, business phone, fax and e-mail, and users may choose to provide LicenseLogic LLC with their credit card accounts to make payments in certain situations. Similar information may be submitted to LicenseLogic LLC through seminar registration, manual orders, publication subscriptions and database registrations. LicenseLogic LLC does not collect home addresses, home phone numbers or home e-mail accounts, except for those specifically requesting home office correspondence.

Users to the public areas of LicenseLogic LLC's Web site browse anonymously. Only aggregate data are collected.   Some users of LicenseLogic LLC's website do wish to receive third-party product information, offers and other solicitations. Those who wish to have their business phone and fax disclosed to third parties may specifically request that LicenseLogic LLC provide that information to third parties.

• Credit Card Account Information. LicenseLogic LLC does not disclose credit card account information provided by its customers. When customers choose to pay using their credit cards, LicenseLogic LLC submits the information needed to secure payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.
